The Mixon Family

What a beautiful and loving family! I was truly honored to take their pictures and watch them laugh and play! The Mixon family was the winner of our "Giving is Awesome" event and I don't think we could have picked a more deserving family! Not only do they all have GREAT smiles but their hearts are so friendly and welcoming, I was blessed to spend time with them and photograph such an amazing family!!

Christmas Card Season- Pure Connection

One of my favorite things about Christmas is sending and receiving Christmas cards! I love getting cards in the mail, e-mail cards are nice but there is just something special about getting an actual card in my mail box! Plus, I love to display all the beautiful cards that my friends and family send, its part of my holiday decorating! Fall Mini-Sessions - Pure Connection

Fall is here and this is the perfect time to get those family pictures done! The leaves are golden, red and orange and we want to take advantage of this beautiful weather before it gets really cold! That's why we are doing two days of Fall Mini Sessions! We have 4 slots available on both the 7th and 8th, session times will go from 3pm to 5pm and each session is 1/2 an hour long.

Saturday, November 7th sessions will be located at the park just off of Caughlin Pkwy.

Sunday, November 8th sessions will be located at Idlewild Park.

The cost of the Mini Sessions are $75-per one family unit

that includes a CD of 3 high resolution retouched images and an online web gallery for 3 months

Web Galleries and CD's from your session will be available by November 16th to make sure you have plenty of time to get your Christmas cards out!

Maurine+Dallas+Juliana+Savannah - Pure Connection

Last weekend, a dear friend of mine, Maurine, and I went to (the incredibly beautiful right now!) Caughlin Ranch to photograph her family for the Fall. We had separated our session into two sessions, one at the park, and the other at her house. Maurine is a wonderful lady who loves life, and is never seen without a warm embrace or a beautiful smile! She really is a ray of sunshine, and such a joy to spend time with! She has huge passion for kids, and has worked in Foster care for many years. She currently has three kids, Dallas, Juliana, and her youngest, Savannah, who has the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen! All three of her kiddos are a lot of fun, and full of energy! The Roth's and Follett's - Pure Connection

Recently I had the honor of photographing Debi Roth and her husband, Michael Roth, together with their daughter, Brittani Follett with her husband Chris, and their adorable son, Christian, who happens to be one of my students at Lion and Lamb Christian School! Debi Roth is the Director of Lion and Lamb, located at Grace Church off Robb Drive, and has set the foundation for the school since 1996. We decided to spend our Saturday morning walking around the beautiful Caughlin Ranch taking pictures and enjoying the day. It was a beautiful morning, as the weather couldn't have been more perfect!
