Katie - Studio Session

A few weeks back I got to photograph this incredibly sweet and gorgeous gal, Katie! It wasn't my typical type of session because we were working in a studio and I'm more of an "on location" photographer. However, I'm always up for something new and different ways to be creative and I couldn't be more pleased with the images!
Katie is a Television Host and wanted to update her portfolio with a couple of different looks and I was thrilled when she called me to help her do that! I worked with her Husband last year updating his head shots (he is also a television host) and I remembered how lovingly he talked about his wife so I was really excited to finally meet her in person! She is such a lovely person and so easy to talk and laugh with!It was wonderful working with her! Also, did I mention how unbelievably gorgeous she is!?!

Kim and Eric - Pure Joy

Kim and Eric are expecting their first child, a baby girl, this coming June! The excitement, the joy and the wonder of it all was evident in this happy couple! Kim looked absolutely stunning in her yellow dress and just glowed in the afternoon sunlight. Such a beautiful and friendly couple to work with, I loved getting to know them and I can't wait to meet their precious little girl!

Keeping up With the Times

Please forgive my absence! I've been a busy little bee around here, its true, wedding season is in full swing! Well there is so much I want to share and images from all our sessions that I can't wait to post but in the mean time I wanted to do a quick blog about our website, www.purephotographyreno.com

Fawn and I use a ridiculously awesome program called Showit to build our website and make it 100% unique! Its amazing, I love it and I'll be a customer of theirs for the rest of my life! They have recently just released an upgrade that allows its users to create mobile websites! This means that everyone who surfs the internet with their mobile device can now swing by our site! YAY!

Its true and I don't make any claims other wise, I am an iPhone addict! I'm constantly surfing the web, replying to e-mails, texting (playing Words with Friends, Tiffany_D is my name if you want to play a game!) and watching You tube! Its perfect, I use it for business and I use it for entertainment! I'm so excited that our website is now available for all the other iPhone/Smart phone addicts out there! Happy Mothers Day!

Nick and Jessica - The Resort at Red Hawk

This wedding was simply amazing, so full of love and laughter! Watching Nick and Jessica pledge their lives to one another before God, family and friends, was truly beautiful! These two are utterly smitten with each other and you couldn't help but smile and laugh along with them the whole day! Fawn and I were SO pleased to have been apart of their big day and thrilled to know such an amazing couple! The whole day came together beautifully and we have many of the vendors to thank for that! The Staff from the Resort at Red Hawk, Larry Williams from Remarkable Weddings, Jo Shaw from the Reno Photobooth Company and all the family and friends that helped make Nick and Jessica's day amazing!
