What? My last post was in July!?! Crazy how time flies and its already September! I am finishing up the craziest busiest August I've ever had! Fawn and I had weddings every weekend not to mention I went to Connecticut for a week, caught a death cold that knocked me off my feet, ended up with a sick hubby and two sick children and entertaining guests at my house for a week! Its been a whirl wind!! I'm excited to catch up here on the blog and start sharing all the amazing weddings we have been shooting though!
Eve and Justin had an amazing wedding full of family, friends, love and even a little rain!
Eve and Justin chose to see each other before the ceremony, which was fantastic for a number of reasons!
1. It allowed us time to get some great relaxed and romantic images of just the two of them without being rushed!
2. They were able to visit and mingle with their guest right away!
3. This is the most important one, the heavens opened and a down pour of rain fell and fell and fell moments after the ceremony! If they had waited till after the ceremony to get pictures of just the two of them, they would not have gotten beautiful outdoor images like they wanted. So all night at the reception I was thanking the good Lord for them having done a "First Look" and seeing each other before hand!
Despite the down pour the celebration continued on into the night! The old saying "Rain on your wedding day is good luck" must be true because Eve and Justin's guests till laughed, danced and helped make the night amazing!

I love the first glance pictures. That was such a great idea! I love that we were able to do that for our wedding too. Great pictures!
